Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care and support with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility and transferring, meal preparation according to dietary requirements, light housekeeping, companionship, and emotional support. Monitor clients’ health, report changes to healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate records of care provided while communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
