Job Summary
Conduct personal care provision consistent with the mission and philosophy, including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, and social activities centered on client needs. Deliver services and activities that align with resident rights and responsibilities while following directives as per the care plan. Maintain strong communication skills and attention to detail within a team environment focused on compassion and connection. Full working rights and a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care are essential, with availability across AM and PM weekday shifts required.
Required Qualifications
- Full Working Rights
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification
- Experience in an aged care environment
- Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation
- Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Strong availability across AM and PM shifts on weekdays
