Job Summary
Deliver personal care provision consistent with the organization's mission, including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, and social activities centered on client needs. Follow directives per care plans and demonstrate high-level customer service skills with strong attention to detail and communication. Maintain a full working rights status and complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check. Two permanent part-time positions require strong availability across AM and PM weekday shifts. Candidates need a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care and prior aged care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Full Working Rights
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification
- Experience in an aged care environment
- Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation
- Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
