Personal Care Assistant - (School based)

Provide individualized behavioral health interventions, one-on-one support, and academic assistance within a school setting under the supervision of the program manager. Support students with small group instruction, academic task completion, and transitions between activities, while accompanying them to classes, lunch, field trips, and special events. Assist in instructional processes and provide gross and fine motor support, including orthopedic assistance and personal care tasks such as toileting. Share clinical data, including behavioral observations, with the IEP team to support behavior support plans and engage students in age-appropriate therapeutic activities. Full-time Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm. High school graduate required with two years' experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
