Job Summary
Caregiver responsible for direct care and medication assistance to residents, including activities of daily living, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, transferring, and lifting. Reports to the Wellness Director and works in a retirement village environment. Requires CPR and First Aid certification, English fluency, and a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO. Pay range is $19.00–$21.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess valid First Aid Certifications
- Current CPR certification
- Speak, read, and understand English fluently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience or ability to lift and transfer residents
- Ability to push, pull, and stand for prolonged periods
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred
