Job Summary
Provide direct care and medication assistance to senior residents, including grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair care, and transferring to meals and activities. Lift and transfer residents as needed while supporting their physical needs. Maintain ability to push, pull, and lift residents and stand for prolonged periods. Report to the Wellness Director to meet Community expectations. Valid First Aid and current CPR certifications required; English fluency mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with similar facility experience. Pay rate $19.00-$21.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate
- Competent history in a similar facility
- Valid First Aid Certifications
- Current CPR
- Speak read and understand English fluently
- Ability to push, pull, and lift residents and support their physical needs constantly
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing
