Job Summary
Becoming a Personal Care Attendant trainee at Brookside Healthcare Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will start in a PCA role with on-the-job training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); after successful completion of the course you’ll be hired as a full-time CNA. Responsibilities include assisting residents with care, communicating resident needs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, supporting activities, serving meals, and following center policies.
