Job Summary
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide resident care, assist with personal cares such as dressing and bathing, and perform activities of daily living (ADLs). Responsibilities include demonstrating kindness, providing dignity during interactions, and documenting care appropriately while adhering to HIPAA and company policies. Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn and train, with training provided.
