Job Summary
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Edgewood, you will help with personal cares such as dressing, assisting with showers and baths, and other activities of daily living (ADLs). Key responsibilities include demonstrating kindness and providing dignity during resident interactions, documenting cares appropriately, and following HIPAA and all Edgewood policies. Required skills include prior caregiving experience and a passion for helping others.
