Job Summary
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Edgewood, you will provide resident care that fosters independence and confidence. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and personal cares. The role requires demonstrating kindness, documenting cares, and following HIPAA regulations. Prior caregiving experience is desired, along with a passion for helping others and a willingness to train new employees.
Required Qualifications
