Job Summary
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides assistance with personal cares such as dressing and bathing, ensuring dignity and kindness in interactions with residents. Responsibilities include documenting cares appropriately and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Candidates should have a passion for helping others, a willingness to learn, and may earn an additional $1.00/hour through a med passer course.
