Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

Assist individuals with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks, or support IDD clients in reaching goals outlined in their Service Plans. Facilitate community integration, social engagement, and skill-building activities while accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or errands as needed. Encourage independence, dignity, and choice in daily living through effective communication and empathy. Participate in team meetings to share insights about client progress and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and availability to work every other weekend, holidays, and an on-call rotation.
