Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and community, helping them live safely and independently. Duties include assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meals, housekeeping), supporting community outings and appointments, encouraging independence and choice, and building meaningful, respectful relationships. Flexible hours with possible opportunities for full-time; paid training provided; mileage reimbursement; shift differential; overtime; and benefits available. Training and ongoing coaching support available to help you succeed in a caregiver (PCA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) role.
