Job Summary
Provide Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver/Direct Support to individuals, supporting IDD clients and elderly or disabled individuals with daily activities. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care, accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or community outings, and helping clients participate in appointments and activities. Build independence and community integration, facilitate skill-building, encourage dignity and choice, maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment, and participate in team meetings. Requires completing training, and ongoing support from supervisors and trainers. Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance, ability to pass background checks, and availability for weekend/on-call rotations.
