Personal Care Assistant PCA /Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Caregiver

Provide Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and Direct Support Professional (DSP) services to clients in the Warren area, supporting individuals with IDD, elderly, and disabled clients. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, meals, personal care, accompanying clients to appointments, and participating in community activities to promote independence and community integration. Must be able to engage with clients to support goals outlined in their Service Plan, demonstrate empathy, maintain a safe and healthy living environment, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Requires a HS diploma/GED, a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and current auto insurance, and the ability to pass background checks; flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and on-call rotations. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and support from supervisors and trainers.
