Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care and support to residents to enhance daily routines, social engagement, and overall well-being. Build bonds through companionship, demonstrate patience and empathy, assist residents in organizing their day and activities, and help residents enjoy themselves. High school diploma or GED required; 18+; strong communication and teamwork; ability to perform physical tasks; English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
