Job Summary
Assist residents with daily routines, organize their activities, and provide one-on-one support to enhance their socialization and overall well-being. Build bonds through companionship while demonstrating patience, compassion, and empathy in every interaction with residents and families. Perform physical tasks required for personal care and communicate effectively to report changes in condition. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with direct access to supervisory teams. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others' thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes
- Compassion and patience in all personal interactions
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role
- Ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job
