Job Summary
Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant) supports clients who are elderly, physically disabled, and veterans by accompanying them on walks and community activities, assisting with appointments, shopping, and errands, helping with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks, and empowering clients to live independently. Flexible part-time shifts with day and evening hours, locations in the Troy area and Wellsboro (PA), mileage reimbursement, training, supervision, bonuses, and benefits offered. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, hold a valid driver’s license with insurance, pass background checks, and be able to work every other weekend, holidays, and on-call rotations.

- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance
- Must be able to pass various background checks
