Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and assist patients with activities of daily living per patient care plan under supervision of a Qualified Professional. Duties include assisting with bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, light housework, and supporting independent living. Communicate with Clinical Manager and scheduling team, report changes or concerns, and maintain professional relationships with clients and families. Requires interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a High School diploma or GED (preferred). 16+ to apply; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; CFSS/PCA certificate encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Fluent in the English Language
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
