Job Summary
Provide companionship and sit with clients, assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and other activities of daily living. Transport clients to appointments and run errands, while preparing meals and handling light housekeeping. Support recreational tasks such as crafting, letter writing, and exercising, and remind clients of medication schedules. This role offers flexible scheduling and territory selection, with a minimum hourly rate of $16.50. Full-time staff (30+ hours/week) receive comprehensive health insurance and paid time off, while all staff get a retirement plan and up to $2,500 annually in education assistance. Circle of Life Personal Care, launched in Northwest Arkansas, applies its compassionate hospice approach to non-medical services including respite care and transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation
- Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria
