Job Summary
Companionship and sitting, assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and other ADLs, transportation to appointments, errand running, meal preparation, light housekeeping, recreational tasks, and medication reminders. Full-time and part-time roles with flexible PRN scheduling and weekend differentials. Starting pay of $16.50/hour with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Education assistance up to $2,500 annually and support for obtaining PCA or CNA certifications. Circle of Life Personal Care serves non-medical care needs in Northwest Arkansas, offering respite care, companionship, and ADL assistance to the community.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid and current driver's license or the ability to access reliable transportation
- Able to meet pre-employment screening criteria
