Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home and community support to adults with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meals, housekeeping), supporting community outings/appointments, encouraging independence and choice, and building meaningful relationships. Flexible day and evening shifts available; paid initial and ongoing training; mileage reimbursement; overtime and shift-differential pay; career growth opportunities; retirement benefits and voluntary supplemental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- experience in caregiving or related field (not required)
- ability to provide one-on-one support in homes and community
- capacity to assist with daily living activities
- good communication and interpersonal skills
