Job Summary
Caregiver (PCA) and Direct Support Professional (DSP) provide in-home and community-based support to elderly, physically disabled, and veterans in the Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Waynesboro, and McConnellsburg areas. Duties include joining clients for walks and activities, accompanying them to appointments, shopping, and errands; assisting with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care; enabling independence and community participation; engaging clients in activities; collaborating with families and other professionals to meet individual goals; and delivering compassionate, respectful support with effective communication.
