Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Caregiver

Provide basic domestic services including meal prep, laundry, and light housework. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living such as personal hygiene, toileting, bathing, and mobility transfers. Remind clients to take medications and change bed linens regularly. Offer companionship through conversation and maintain a caring presence while documenting client progress. Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations. This role supports physical or mental challenges to help clients remain in their homes. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Minimum one year of home care experience required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.
