Job Summary
Provide direct resident care as part of a team to help residents thrive mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. Deliver personal service and daily care, assist with personal hygiene, grooming, lifting/re-positioning, and respond to call lights. Help residents participate in activities, assist to and from activities and dining, and support mobility and safety within the community. CPR certification is required; Nurse Aide certification is a plus. Previous experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community is a plus.
