Job Summary
Provide compassionate support for daily living needs to residents, including assistance with feeding and personal care. Communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Lift, push, and pull supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs. Obtain First aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire; a Feeding Assistance Certificate is preferred. Maintain excellent attendance and demonstrate a positive, self-motivated attitude as a team player. Work the 2nd shift from 2PM to 10:30PM with holiday and weekend rotation included.
Required Qualifications
- First aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire
- Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
- Must have excellent attendance and work history
- Must be able to push, pull move and/or lift supplies and equipment Max. 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Feeding Assistance Certificate, preferred
- Must have a loving need to help the elderly
- The ideal candidate should be a team player
