Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Monitor and document patient conditions, behaviors, and any changes, ensuring accurate logging and timely communication with healthcare staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment in accordance with assisted living facility standards and protocols. Support front desk operations as needed, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating appointments or activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assisted living, patient care, or a related caregiving role
- Basic knowledge of patient care principles and safety protocols
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Capability to maintain accurate records and perform basic logging duties
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance
