Job Summary
Provide compassionate, non-medical home care services to seniors and adults in Ridgefield, CT, including assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Help clients safely transfer, ambulate, and prepare meals, while managing light housekeeping, laundry, and medication reminders. Offer companionship, facilitate transportation to appointments, and monitor client well-being to report changes to the care team. This role requires reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
