Job Summary
Provide compassionate, non-medical home care services to seniors and adults in New Milford, CT, including assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Help clients safely transfer and ambulate, prepare meals, and manage light housekeeping and laundry. Remind clients of medication schedules, offer companionship, and arrange transportation to appointments. Monitor client well-being and report any changes to the care team. This role requires reliable transportation, the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
