Job Summary
Assist seniors and adults with bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping in their homes across Bridgeport, CT. Help clients safely transfer, ambulate, and transport to appointments while monitoring well-being and reporting changes to the care team. Provide companionship and medication reminders to support independence and dignity. No prior caregiving experience required; training provided. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends available.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation for client visits.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be reliable with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
- Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with physical transfers.
- Willingness to complete a background check as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
