Job Summary
Provide direct resident care and support for seniors in an assisted living setting. Deliver personal services and daily care including hygiene and grooming, respond to call lights promptly, motivate resident participation in activities, assist with movement to activities and dining, and perform lifting or repositioning as needed. Work as part of a team to help residents thrive physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and socially in a safe home-like environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification (Nurse Aide certification a plus), effective communication, and prior experience in assisted living/memory care is a plus. Shift is 3pm-11pm; company emphasizes employee ownership, benefits, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR Certified. Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required
- Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus
