Personal Care Assistant

Follow resident service plans with a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner, documenting any observed changes in condition per applicable laws and company policies. Comply with quality assurance processes, report identified issues to the immediate supervisor, and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines. Work safely with co-workers, report unsafe actions immediately, and foster teamwork by assisting others beyond job responsibilities. Communicate resident needs between Personal Care Assistants and perform other duties as assigned.
