Job Summary
Assist residents with daily living tasks and follow each resident’s service plan in a friendly, respectful manner. Document changes in condition per laws and company policies, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines. Contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement, report issues to supervision, follow all policies, work collaboratively with teammates, and communicate resident needs between Personal Care Assistants. Perform other duties as assigned; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid sick time, tuition reimbursement, and paid training. Location: Mentor, OH; on-site work.
