Personal Care Assistant

Greets participants upon arrival, assists with meal service and cleanup, and provides supervision and encouragement throughout the day. Attends daily morning reports, prepares participants for afternoon departure, and escorts them to vans for transport. Assists with activities, ADLs, and simple treatments under nursing direction, including catheter care and skin checks. Accompanies participants to medical appointments as assigned. This role requires a Certified Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and one year of experience with frail populations.
