Job Summary
As a Personal Care Assistant + Certified Medication Aide (PCA + CMA), you will pass medications according to each resident's care plan, assist residents with dressing, showers, baths, and other activities of daily living (ADLs). You will demonstrate kindness and provide dignity during resident interactions while documenting care appropriately and following all Edgewood policies. Effective communication skills and a commitment to resident care are essential. Certification as a Medication Aide is required.
