Job Summary
Personal Care Assistant (Casual) at St Vincent’s Care, Toowoomba. Provide person-centred aged care support to residents, building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, respectful care in alignment with the Heartprint model. Maintain accurate records using AutumnCare or similar software, support independence and wellbeing, and collaborate with a team in a welcoming environment. Requirements include Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar, 6+ months in residential aged care, strong customer service and communication skills, NCCHC and NDIS Worker Screening checks, and experience with care documentation and record-keeping.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role
