Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and monitor changes in their physical and mental well-being. Ensure a safe environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans. Report on resident status and maintain a homelike atmosphere for families and visitors. Candidates must hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, possess a National Police Clearance or NDIS card, and have current Covid plus booster and 2026 Influenza vaccinations. Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends across a 24-hour, 7-day facility. Required Qualifications
- Minimum certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
- National Police Clearance or NDIS card (or ability to obtain one)
- Covid plus booster at minimum
- 2026 Influenza vaccination
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
