Personal Care Assistant BILINGUAL CAREGIVERS WANTED

Job Summary
Conduct personal care activities including bathing, shampooing, skincare, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Follow the patient plan of care, document service delivery, and report changes in the patient's condition or treatment to the nurse. Demonstrate safe equipment use, adhere to infection control practices, and participate in patient case conferences and education programs. Maintain a safe environment by observing agency policies and completing required in-service courses. Requires current CPR/First Aid, Maryland driver's license, health clearance, and bilingual skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual caregivers
- Experienced in home health care or related health care field
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and carry out directions
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Home health care
- Maryland driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Current CPR card/First Aid card
- Health clearance/physical within 12 months
- Criminal background clearance
- Reliable transportation
- I-9 Documentation
- Social Security
- W-4 Federal Income Tax forms
- State Tax forms
- TB or Chest X-ray within 12 months
- Hepatitis B series/declination
- At least Two (2) letters of Reference (must be in good standing)
- Must complete at least 12 in-service courses within 12 months
