Job Summary
Conduct personal care services for Allegiant Home Care clients by assisting with hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks while monitoring vital signs and recording data. Perform basic health care services and support general light housekeeping to ensure client safety, well-being, and satisfaction according to the Plan of Care. Work 12-hour shifts across day and night rotations, Monday through Friday with weekend availability, or self-determined schedules with differentials. Obtain required PCA or HHA certification and complete free training courses at our Holbrook, NY office.
