Job Summary
Provide personal care and support to seniors living safely at home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and companionship. Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises while ensuring a safe environment with unobstructed pathways. Document client conditions, provide medication reminders, and notify supervisors of any concerns. Participate in activities such as puzzles, games, and reading to bring joy to clients. Maintain a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work in a 1:1 aide-to-client ratio with set schedules and tuition discounts available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- CPR certification
- Valid WI driver's license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate and helping nature
- Good communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
