Job Summary
Conduct home care visits assisting clients with dressing, mobility, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and feeding. Perform patient care plan activities while documenting and reporting changes in client health status to ensure safety and well-being. Accompany patients on appointments and maintain First Aid or CPR certification. Work weekends in a flexible full-time or part-time schedule. Required Qualifications
- HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Personal Care Assistant)
- First Aid and/or CPR Certificate
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
