Job Summary
CareSphere is hiring a Part-Time Personal Care Aide to support clients in Mt. Lebanon and Cedarhurst, PA. The role involves assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), light housekeeping, meal preparation, providing companionship, and monitoring health with prompt reporting. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM–7:30 PM. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life insurance, paid training, a sign-on bonus of $800, daily pay options, and access to the CareSphere Connect app for clocking in and pay tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate and reliable caregiver
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform caregiving tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Experience is a plus but training provided
