Job Summary
Join our team as a Personal Care Aide to assist seniors and individuals with disabilities, enhancing their quality of life with hygiene support, housekeeping, and companionship.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Desired Qualifications
- PCA basic training
- CPR training
- Elderly Abuse training
- Cultural Competency training
- Physical Test (provided by your doctor)
- Tuberculosis test (blood test or X-Ray)
