Job Summary
Provide companion care and assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing. Perform cleaning tasks and document services rendered. Must provide kind and compassionate care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and report changes in resident condition. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, work effectively in a team, and demonstrate reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be registered with the State of California (HCA)
- Must possess clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage and relate positively to our Residents and their families
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be energetic, positive, professional, and reliable
- Reliable Transportation is required to potentially take patients to errands
