Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Job Summary
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding. Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility using assistive devices, while performing light housekeeping tasks like laundry and dishwashing. Prepare simple meals, accompany clients to appointments, and observe changes in their condition to report to the supervisor. Maintain a safe environment and follow care plan instructions and health/safety protocols. Must be CPR Certified. Schedule includes M, T, Th, Sat, Wed, Fri, and Sun shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM. High school diploma required with 6 months caregiving experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be CPR Certified
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and perform essential job functions
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in caregiving, home healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
- Certification as a CNA or HHA
