Personal Care Aide(PCA)

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, nail care, and mealtime support. Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, with training provided by the facility. Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage residents while observing and reporting changes in their condition to appropriate staff. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by working collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers. This role requires a compassionate, resident-centered approach and flexibility to work any shift, including part-time 11p-7a every weekend.
