Job Summary
Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Caregiver in Coweta County, GA. Design your career around your life with flexible, 1:1 client care. Provide personal care and support to seniors at home, assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, companionship), help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion, provide medication reminders and report concerns to a supervisor, maintain a safe home environment, and engage clients in activities like puzzles, games, reading and hobbies. Requires GA PCA certification (assistance available from Interim), HS diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, TB screening, and a valid GA driver's license with auto insurance. Lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Active GA PCA Certification
- Six months healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification
- TB screening
- Valid GA driver’s license and auto insurance
