Job Summary
Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing while supporting mobility and transfers. Prepare light meals, provide medication reminders, and offer companionship and emotional support. Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior, performing light housekeeping duties as needed. This role requires CNA, NA, or PCA certification, a valid Virginia driver's license, and dementia experience. Schedule includes M-F and some Saturdays from 8A-4P with some flexibility.
