Job Summary
Personal Care Aide responsibilities include providing respectful assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers; mobility support with walker/wheelchair use; therapist-directed range-of-motion routines; simple meal preparation and hydration monitoring; light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks; medication cueing and reporting condition changes to supervising nurse; meaningful companionship through conversation, activities, and escorted outings; errands and transportation to appointments, groceries, and community activities. Preference for caregiver/HHA experience; training available to certify via CHHA program. Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or in a similar role is preferred
