Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to clients as a PCA, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers; assist with mobility/ambulation and use of walkers/wheelchairs; plan and prepare simple, balanced meals and monitor hydration; perform light housekeeping, laundry, and fall-prevention checks; provide medication cues to clients and report changes to supervising nurse; offer meaningful companionship and escort clients on outings; drive or accompany clients to appointments and activities within the service area; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow infection-control protocols; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; training and advancement opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a PCA, caregiver, HHA, or CNA is a plus—but we’ll train the right heart.
